Enjoying Nature @ Mjols Berge, Denmark
Yesterday I had a call with a good friend of mine. We talk about how our lives have been going so far. He is busy with moving to a new city to pursue his education degree further and I with my new working routines.
I told him how stressful it can be at work, that things may just not run smoothly as how you expected them to be. And how tiring it is to have to wake up at 5ish every morning starting from Monday, the beginning day of the week.
Then he told me, ”Well, I don’t mind waking up early for work. I’m still on the search for job here.” That took a turn for me, how I sometimes can be so blind. The life that I have right now, that you have right now, might be the dreams of millions out there.
No matter how challenging it may seem sometimes, we need to always try to live it as if it is our last day of living. I do agree with this saying, ‘’Everyday may not be good, but there is always something good in everyday life.’’
Doesn’t that suit? Well, sometimes sh*it happens and you have those rough days. But tracing back, actually they weren’t all bad were they? Some good little things happened if we want to just appreciate them enough. So that’s it.
I set this new challenge that should be an almost everyday goal in the end – how about if we try not to complain just for 24 hours (starting from now) and embrace what comes. As a result, maybe our perspectives of what has been going on with our lives might be brighter.
