I brought my favourite plushie to Wicklow :p
Ireland, specifically Dublin is a great destination if one wants to enjoy the city vibe and nature in a turn. In Dublin, we had a splash by joining a free local tour, eating fish and chips, going to Guiness Museum, taking the double decker bus and the classic Dublin stuff to do. And I know that Ireland is famous for these.
A view while waiting to cross at an intersection in Dublin – and of course a doubledecker bus!
However, the perks of staying in Dublin for nature lovers is that one would be able to escape the city in just an hour.
From Dublin you can easily go to Wicklow mountain. Wicklow mountain offers beautiful scenery with just a minimum hike. One must only take a bus from Dublin city center once to arrive there.

After arriving in Dublin again from Wicklow mountain, one can just take a night stroll after dinner and your pint. The city is also equally charming at night, since the pub culture is normal there and people also like to eat out. I personally love the pub culture in Ireland since pubs are literally for everyone. You can see people of all ages in the pub, even family gatherings. It is just a way of people coming together as a community.

Last but least is an Irish village on the east central of Dublin, Howth. I fell in love with this place! It is worth it to be visited. We only did a day trip to Howth from Dublin and it was enough since our goal was only to hike along the shore line of the cliff. During the hike we met a good amount of robin birds which are quite brave and not shying away when we were getting too close which was a lovely experience.

Mandatory hiking selfie with my half
In conclusion, Ireland did blow me with its splendid nature more than its widely known pub culture. And if I would want to visit Ireland again in the future, the answer is a simple yes 🙂
