Your good-to-go snack when and wherever
This is for you, the easily hungry ones! I get hungry easily, and it is annoying when it happens between meal time, because you want to eat properly at meal time. That’s why I have my ultimate snack that one can simply enjoy between meal time. You can have a slice or two slices of it, and it is enough to make you go through the day. The other reason why I love this snack is because it is really easy to make; no mixer, simple tools, speedy process, and the ingredients are super easy. So, let’s bake!
The Easy Peasy Yet Hearty Banana Bread (Made with Less Sugar)
Wet Ingredients
- 4 large mashed overripe bananas (you can mesh it with fork)
- 2 eggs
- 110 gr vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 70 gr sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp cardamom
Steps
- Heat your oven in 175°C
- Mix all your wet ingredients with sugar together
- Mix your dry ingredients, shift everything, put these ingredients gradually to the wet ingredients’s bowl
- Mix everything gently, in the terms of speed and power
- Greased your loaf with butter and put the parchment paper on to it
- Now put your batter inside the loaf
- Put it in your oven with the set timer between 50 until 60 minutes
- Do not open the oven because it will effect your dough for not rising up properly
- Check your dough by inserting skewer into it, when it’s clean then it is ready
- Take out your banana bread and let it cool down before you enjoy it
- For freshness, wrap it or put in an airtight storage for maximum three or four days, enjoy!
